The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to departure.



CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to departure a charge of $500 per person or loss of deposit will be incurred.
:2-15 days prior to departure, a charge equal to 50% of the tour fee is payable.
:within 24 hours of departure, 100% cancellation fee will aply.
Depending on reason for cancellation these charges may be waived.
