Places on all of our tours are limited to ensure that everyone has the best possible time. Tours places will fill very fast, if you are keen to join us, you will need to book as early as possible. A phone call or email will tentatively book your place with us, but to confirm your place, a deposit must be received within 7 days of booking your tour. GENENRAL INFORMATION AND TRAVEL CONDITIONS It is important that you read and understand the following conditions. The operator reserves the right to alter itineraries (eg. timetables, dates, destinations, campsites, roads or tracks) without notice due to weather, road closures or conditions, or any other reasons we consider necessary at the time. Gold Prospecting Australia staff shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be caused to a person, property or vehicle, caused by whomever, or howsoever, arising during tours, or a tour under its' management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise. No refunds will be considered on or after the day of departure. If a member wishes to leave the tour for any reason, he/she must incur the full cost of transport and associated costs to the destination of their choice. Due to the nature of our prospecting tours, we cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times, or be held responsible for failure to make connecting services. Your tour deposit confirms your place on that particular tour. The deposit includes a NON refundable booking and administration fee of $250 per person. Booking with us and sending your deposit confirms that you have read and agreed to the above conditions. We had a fantastic 2011, with our clients finding over 40 ounces of gold.
